Ashley Dukat, CMP
Hi, I’m Ashley M. Dukat.
I am a seasoned events and marketing professional with 15+ years experience in the events and hospitality industry. I specialize in bespoke global event strategic planning and execution, with an emphasis on B2B tech.
I began my career on the basis of my passion for the service industry. Managing logistical tasks quickly turned into marketing mastery of global corporate conferences, meetings, trade shows, and incentive trips. Here is where my insight differs from the typical corporate events team or third party agency: I come with tailored strategic framework and campaigns.
Especially within the start-up world, the C-Suite is constantly searching for ROI. This can be in the form of lead generation, brand awareness, partner deals, performance improvement, etc. To achieve ROI, goals must first be established based on channel, region, product/service, and type of event (at a minimum). Here is my process:
Analyzation of historical data and conversations with key stakeholders
Creation of a holistic events roadmap with tiered options
Identification of objectives, strategy, and KPIs
Completion of strategic and cohesive marketing campaigns
Planning, Execution, and reconciliation
Let’s have a conversation.

Experiential Experts, The Community Factory
Our proprietary engagement method is infused in all of our human-centric solutions, from engagement audits to community strategy consultations to Spontaneous Think Tanks to micro-events. It's how we create true engagement and build lasting business relationships that drive revenue.
What is a Spontaneous Think Tank™️?
A Spontaneous Think Tank™️ empowers participants to harness the intelligence of the room. Our approach is simple yet effective. Armed with sticky notes and Sharpie markers, attendees contribute challenges they're having, creating a "wall of woes." Through collaborative crowdsourcing, we co-create an agenda of sessions where the participants lead the conversations.
This unique approach not only sparks authentic connections but also provides a therapeutic space for business problem-solving.
Death to Keynotes!
For the longest time, we have had a rule against speaking on stage. We prefer to get the audience up and moving and talking with each other through a Spontaneous Think Tank.
But more and more, we've been asked to share some of the things we've learned along our 20+ year journey in events, engagement, and community, so we've relented... Turns out, we have a LOT we can teach your audience! We also still like to have fun, make it interactive, and get people talking!
Our preference if requested to speak on stage is to also have a workshop session where we can dig deeper with a smaller group on the topic of interest, so if you're looking to bring us in keep that in mind!
